Five independent builders have purchased stands within the Eye of Africa Show Village, located directly behind the Sales and Information Centre.

Residents can build their dream home using one of the Eye of Africa Show Builders or their own architect and builder.

All homes are subject to design guidelines reviewed by the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) to ensure the community remains aesthetically pleasing and that each home is unique.
