Eye of Africa Home Owners Association

Eye of Africa's Home Owners Association is managed by Golf Estate Management Services, a company that provides a totally integrated management system for residential developments. The primary objective of the Home Owners Association is to provide a high quality lifestyle for its residents and/or homeowners within the estate. The office is located within the estate, next to The Stables Coffee Shop which overlooks the driving range. Operating hours are from 8am until 5pm. To ensure smooth service, the highest level of presentation and minimal disruption, Eye of Africa's Homes Owners Association needs to be informed of all construction commencement and submission of house plans.
