FOUR OAKS

Four Oaks Construction was established in 2001, however, they have been involved in building and construction through an associate company since 1998. Driven by their vision of "perfection of the end product", they focus on building a few, select homes of the highest quality and workmanship, rather than trying to manage many projects at once.

Four Oaks provides the full package, namely architect, plan submission, construction and finishes, including landscaping.

Lead architect:

Pernille Martin (BAS, Wits)

After qualifying as an architect in 1991, Pernille worked at two architectural firms, before setting up a private practice in 2000. In addition to working on boutique hotels and small offices, Pernille has worked on numerous residential estates where design criteria regarding privacy, estate rules and design are of paramount importance due to the compact nature of sites involved.
