What recreational facilities will be at Eye of Africa?
The Eye of Africa community includes a Greg Norman-designed championship
golf course, The Golf & Leisure Club as well as other proposed facilities
including a community centre with social club, lagoon pool, tennis courts,
kids club, sports field, walking trails and outdoor recreational facilities.
What are the plans for the golf course?
Eye of Africa has officially launched the first Greg Norman designed golf course to be completed in South Africa. Designed exclusively by Greg Norman Golf Course Design, the championship golf course at Eye of Africa is the talking point amongst Johannesburg's golfers. The design weaves up and down rolling terrain, is played as a continuous loop and encompasses an overall distance of 6,895 metres. Will there be retail shops at Eye of Africa?
There are areas that are zoned for commercial and retail rights. The
Developer has the opportunity to develop retail shops within the project;
however, a final determination has not been made in this regard.
What shopping centres and schools are in the area?
Southgate Shopping Centre (10 minutes drive) and The Glen (15 minutes
drive) are the main shopping centres in the area. Primary Schools and High
Schools do exist in the immediate area with Waterstone College located

What is the security implemented for the estate?
The Developer knows that security is a top priority, and therefore Eye of Africa boasts a
